Abortion Services
Your appointment will begin with an ultrasound and a private consultation to confirm gestation and discuss your medical history. If medical abortion is the best option for you, the first tablet will be taken in clinic, with the second taken at home 24–48 hours later. Cramping and bleeding are part of the process, and we’ll provide you with detailed instructions and aftercare resources to help you recover at your own pace.
Contraception and Vasectomy Services
We offer a range of long-acting reversible contraception options, fitted by specially trained clinicians using local anaesthetic or IV sedation. The procedures are quick and low-risk, with minimal downtime required.
Vasectomy services are also available at our Gold Coast clinic. The procedure takes around 15–30 minutes and can be performed under local anaesthetic or sedation. You’ll be given clear aftercare guidance and a follow-up test to confirm the procedure’s success. Most clients return to light activity within a couple of days.

Transport to Our Varsity Lakes (Gold Coast) Clinic
Located on Boston Court, Varsity Lakes QLD 4227, our MSI Gold Coast clinic is easy to reach by public transport, car, or taxi. The clinic is close to major transport links and surrounded by local amenities, making it convenient for clients from across the Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs.
Public Transport
Bus routes 753 and 757 also serve the Varsity Lakes area, with stops near Christine Avenue and Scottsdale Drive — only a short walk from the clinic. These services provide convenient connections for clients travelling from Robina, Burleigh Heads, and other nearby areas.
Varsity Lakes Station is the final stop on the Gold Coast train line and provides a direct link to Brisbane and other Gold Coast areas. Trains from Brisbane Central Station run every 30 minutes, with the trip taking around 1 hour and 15 minutes. From the station, it’s a 40-minute walk to the clinic or 10-15 minutes if you take the 765, 757 or 753 bus.
Driving and Parking
If you’re driving, access to the clinic is easy via the M1 Pacific Motorway or Gold Coast Highway. Free onsite parking is available at 2 Boston Court, including accessible parking close to the entrance. Additional street parking is available nearby along Scottsdale Drive and surrounding streets. Travel time is around 20 minutes from Surfers Paradise, and just a three-minute drive from Bond University.

Taxis and rideshare services can take you from Gold Coast Airport to the clinic in approximately 30 minutes.
